"Attention CARSTAR Imperial, recently we had body work done on our black LHS which was the result of a terrible hail storm. Len was devastated as that car was his ‘Retirement Baby’. He really did not believe the car would ever look as nice as it did when it was new - he is a finicky person.
We want to express our appreciate for the top quality workmanship done by Darin, as the body work was excellent. We could not find one dent. And as you well know, there were many dents, and every one of them showed up on that black car!
Len worked at Navistar in the back shop where all the trucks go for their final inspection. He does not ever remember a paint job that compares with the excellent paint job done on our car. He was completely satisfied with Lloyd’s work.
Your company seems to operate at a high standard, with dedication and perfection, and customer satisfaction. When there was a problem, there was no hesitation in having the car returned, no complaints or attitudes or indifference. Just complete cooperation.
